Lucera Studio rebuilt their brand from the ground up—clarifying strategy, renaming services, sharpening messaging, and designing a fresh visual identity. We extended this work into a new website that showcased their full suite of offerings with a clean, modern, and easy-to-navigate experience.
Challenges
KLS Marketing Group has been operating for years with inconsistent language, disjointed visuals and a so-so client experience. Changes in social media prompted a restructuring and repositioning of services within the marketplace, so they approached Lucera to help unify and elevate their brand to enhance their client experience and improve their marketing efforts.

We started from the ground up by reviewing their client experience journey, language, visual assets, and even internal language for sharing about the company’s mission, vision and value.
From there we worked with their team to develop a welcoming and cheerful brand, in-line with their goal to make social media fun!
We streamlined their client experience from the inside-out by developing consistent onboarding practices, common language, and visual assets. In addition to what happened behind the scenes, we helped them develop and launch numerous marketing campaigns in print and digital. To top it all off, we designed a simple one-page website to make working with them even easier.
