We started Lucera because we saw how overwhelming and ineffective marketing can be. Too many businesses waste time and money on work that does not serve them or their customers. We believe there is a better way, one rooted in integrity, clarity, and transparency.

The Story Behind Lucera

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been building: a family, brands, businesses, garden beds.
I grew up riding horses and cultivating gardens, learning the value of patience, grit, and paying close attention. Somewhere between designing logos and digging into the earth, I discovered that great brands, like gardens, thrive when they’re rooted in something real.
After 10+ years on in-house marketing teams, I felt called to work that was deeper, more holistic and rooted in storytelling. Work that didn’t just execute marketing tactics, but helped businesses find clarity, elevate their identity, and show up with confidence.
Lucera is the answer to that calling. A subtle nod to my Italian heritage, Lucera means “to bring light,” and to me that’s what marketing should do: illuminate who you are and create connections with the people who need you the most.
